Maths crops up all the time in every day life!  Perhaps you’ve had to measure something; or halve or double recipe quantities; or add up a shopping or restaurant bill? Why don’t you post examples on the blog of when you have used your maths skills?

Remember to think about what you could create over the holidays to put on our new Independent Learning Wall at the beginning of next term……

Have a wonderful Christmas!!!!

A Huge Thank You!

The staff in Year 4 would like to say a huge thank you for your wonderful generosity toward us. Miss Martin and I enjoyed your company over dinner last week, and we have all received such lovely gifts. Our wine racks are now well stocked, our cupboards full of tasty treats, our homes smell delightfully festive and we have all we need to pamper ourselves over the Christmas break!

We have thoroughly enjoyed teaching your sons this term, and appreciate all the support you have given to them and us.

We wish you all a merry Christmas, a happy New Year and a relaxing break, and look forward to seeing you again in January.
