I watched a program about transporting 20 giraffes across the River Nile. They carried them in a lorry with trees and leaves so that they didn’t know they were on water. When they released them they ran off into the wild and it was amazing. All the people were crying with joy. It inspired me to draw this picture afterwards.
Sumer Is Icumen In
As discussed in class, we are expected to entertain His Royal Highness King Henry VIII with a song when we have our audience with him at Hatfield House next Wednesday. You need to ensure you know the words, so your homework is to learn them over the weekend:
Sumer is Icumen In
Sumer is icumen in, loudly sing cuckoo.
Groweth seed and bloweth mead and springs the wood anew.
Sing cuckoo!
Ewe now bleateth after lamb, lows after calf the cow.
Bullock start and buck he darts, now merry sing cuckoo!
Cuckoo, cuckoo.
Well singeth thou nor cease thou never now.
You could also look at the following web links to begin to familiarise yourself with the tune before we start practising in class next week:

Sustainability Logo Competition
Your homework this weekend is to design a logo for the Sustainability Logo Competition. Think about what you have learned about signs and symbols in your RS lessons!
Good luck!
